Each service is planned in advance at a date to suit the customer. If necessary we can even plan out of hours servicing so as not to disrupt your business or your customers.

The SFG way embraces modern technology to bring planned maintenance into the 21st century. Gone are the days of sending engineers out with paper based instructions and keeping a carbon copy on a clip board hanging from a screw in the office wall.

Gone are the days of engineers wasting time in the office waiting for instructions.
Gone are the days of chasing job sheets in order to provide the customer with a report.
Gone are the days of a big whiteboard on the office wall with jobs hastily written and coloured pins trying to keep track of allocation...
And gone are the days of returned work sheets with scribbled notes, coffee stains, and so defaced they couldn't be sent to the customer.

The SFG approach to planned maintenance allows us to keep information about your assets in a centrally based secure cloud system. It allows us to programme your services well in advance. You don't have to remind us, nor do you have to keep telling us what you have.

The information is scheduled into the engineer's electronic diary and job management pad so that he knows well in advance of your service requirements. On completion the job is signed off by the client and immediately sent back to our office across the internet. We then have the option to send you your report electronically, or print it off as a pdf should you prefer a hard copy sent out. Of course, the aim is to go as paperless as possible in the 21st Century and this system allows us to eliminate the old paper trail job system making it faster, cleaner and more effective for both parties.
